Each Opala piece is custom-made and handcrafted, Please allow a production time of 10 to 12 business days for cushions and up to 20 business days for stools.

Shipping Times:

UPS: Portugal (1-2 days), Europe (3-5 days), U.S. & Canada (2-5 days), Rest of World (2-5 days).

Shipping costs are added at checkout. If no shipping methods are available, please contact info@opalahome.com.

Orders with ready-to-ship items:

If your order includes both ready-to-ship items and made-to-order pieces, your order will be shipped together once all items are ready.
If you would like to receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place a separate order containing only the pieces available in our ready-to-ship section. 

Fees:

Please note that local import taxes, VAT, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by UPS or local customs office upon delivery.
