Ordering
All products are custom-made, requiring 5-10 business days for production (except for items in the “EXPRESS” section). Please ensure your address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for undelivered or delayed parcels due to incorrect information. If your product is damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately with photos for further investigation.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We ship worldwide via UPS, CTT and DPD. Delivery times range from 2-15 business days, depending on the destination.
All items are made and shipped from Portugal.
Customs and Import Fees
Please note that orders outside of EU may be subject to customs duties and import fees charged by local authorities. While not all shipments are taxed, any applicable charges are the client’s responsibility.
For UK orders over GBP £135, this may include VAT (20%) and handling fees.
Australian orders under AUD 1000$ usually are exempt from import taxes.
USA: Due to updated U.S. import legislation effective September 1, 2025, customs duties now apply to all incoming shipments. These costs are not included in either the product price or the shipping charge and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery via UPS.
Returns & Damaged Goods
We accept returns for all goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.
Return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish us to arrange a transportation for your returned goods, please contact us to info@opalahome.com
We will process a refund once the item has been received and inspected to confirm it remains in its original condition.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 24 hours.
For cancellations, orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund; after that, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
