Happiness is in the little things
Many times we think that we can only be truly happy when we achieve the big goals; when we get the money, the relationship, the job, the luxury vacation... But what if we start to notice the simple daily things that bring us joy?

Once I heard an advise: to write a list of the things that give me pleasure, and do at least one per day, savouring it with all by presence. For example, some things of my list:
- feel the soft wind on my face;
- dancing like no one is watching;
- floating on the water;
- the sound of birds singing;
- the touch of velvet;
- refreshing the decor of my house;
- fresh flowers;
and so on...
By immersing myself and be truly present while doing the simple things that I love, I feel grateful and happy, moment after moment.
Try it for yourself, because happiness is in the little things.
